If pests come back between visits, we'll come back and re-treat for free. Just call or email us and we'll get a reservice on the calendar.

One-time visits: 14-day warranty

You are covered by our 14-day warranty. Let us know if you need help. Just be aware that the one-time warrant doesn't cover wasps and hornets. This is because they can fly in and build new nests right after treatment.

Still seeing a few pests after a treatment?

That's normal for the first couple of weeks while the products work through the egg cycle. If you're still seeing a lot after about two weeks, let us know and we'll reassess.
