Termite inspections and treatment

It all starts with a termite inspection. There's a small charge for the time involved, and it's applied toward any pest service you purchase from us. Afterward, we send you a written quote based on your home and the activity we find.

Full perimeter treatment

• Uses Termidor HE, priced per linear foot around your home.
• Includes a 1-year warranty that transfers to a new owner if you sell.
• At the end of year one, we'll do a free inspection and you can renew the warranty.

Spot treatment

Covers only the areas where we found activity.

Good to know

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• The inspection does not include a WDI report.
